01Who processes your data
The controller of personal data is SoftSolEdge IT LLC (a Ukrainian limited liability company, EDRPOU code 45418214, Lviv, Ukraine). For any questions about your data, write to [email protected] or call +380 68 374 11 10. This policy applies only to the witime.systems website; signing in at app.witime.systems is a separate service.
02What data we collect and why
From the “Request a demo” form: your name, company name, phone or email, and your message. Together with the request, the site passes data on how you reached the site (UTM tags, page address, referrer), and the server receives your IP address and browser description, which we use to protect the form from spam. Please do not enter other people's data, in particular medical data, in the message.
We use the data only to reply to your WiTime demo request. We do not use it for mailings or advertising and do not sell it to anyone.
03Legal basis
Your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the form before submitting (Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”). Without consent we cannot accept the request. We process the IP address and browser description on the basis of legitimate interest — protection against spam and abuse.
04Cookies
At the moment the site sets no cookies, loads no analytics, advertising pixels or trackers, and stores nothing in your browser. If such tools appear, they will work only after your consent.
05Retention and recipients
We keep a request for no longer than 12 months unless it grows into cooperation, or for less if you withdraw consent or ask us to delete the data. The request goes into our WiTime CRM, and only company employees have access to it according to their roles. Hosting and email providers act as processors on our instructions. We do not pass form data to third parties for their own purposes, except in cases directly provided for by law.
06Your rights
You can find out which of your data we process, get access to it, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing and withdraw your consent at any time. You can also lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or go to court. To exercise your rights, write to [email protected] from the address you gave in the form; we will reply within 30 calendar days. We do not make automated decisions about you.
07Changes
If the policy changes, we will update the revision date. If the purpose of processing changes, we will ask for your consent again.
